ABOUT US
Working for an uncle after school when I was fifteen years old in his upholstery shop gave me my start. At that time I learned a lot but apparently, I didn't learn enough. I think he didn't want me to learn too much.
I failed to learn how to lock a stitch. My first car was also my first upholstery job. Well, the interior looked great except after a while the seams started pulling loose! One of life's lessons learned.
Sometimes I get applicants who earned a diploma at an upholstery school who want to work for me. They think they have experience and know everything. What they don't realize is that Upholstery is 10% knowledge and 90% technique. The technique is something only learned over time.
Now in my 43rd year, I have seen just about everything there is to see in Auto Upholstery. Feel free to show me your project and I will be happy to serve you.
